This organic Wild Lettuce tincture is made from Wild Lettuce leaf and vodka. We infuse our tinctures for at least a month, usually longer. We believe our customers want the highest quality plant medicine, so we never dilute our tinctures with water.
 
Wild Lettuce is known as opium lettuce because of its pain relieving properties. However we would say it is comparable to a strong ibuprofen. Wild Lettuce has a wide range of medicinal benefits: Sedative like effects that promote a calm nervous system, helps ease feelings of anxiety, tension, stress, joint and muscle pain, inflammation, insomnia, menstrual cramps, urinary infections, headaches, and breathing issues.
 
Take 12-24 drops, 1-3 times per day as needed for relief. This is about a half to full dropper, but start small and increase dosage as needed. May also be mixed in tea, glass of water, or juice. Or taken in a veggie capsule. Comes in an amber glass dropper bottle.
